WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients: (For 40 cookies)
-200 grams flour
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-125 grams sugar
-200 grams white chocolate chips
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-152 grams butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
METOD
1- Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
2- Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the vanilla and the egg.
3- Mix the contents of the two bowls. Add the white chocolate chips.
4- With a spoon, put the mixture onto the greased baking sheets.
5- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
