lamb kebabs by aritz

                              lamb kebabs

 ingredients:

 for the marinade:

 1 tablespoon of fresh limon juice.
 4 tablespoon olive oil.
 A large pinch of dried oregano.
 Salt and a ground black pepper
 1  clove of garlic


for the kebab:

 2 large lamb sticks,each arround 175g.
 1 red onion.
 1 red pepper.
 2 connagets.
 8 kebab or stay sticks.


 

frist:

For the marinade  ,the ingredients you need are lemon juice, oil, oregano, and a pinch of a salt and pepper mix them a bowl. Peel the garlic crush it and stir everithin well.

next:

Put the sticks on wather.

later:

Cut the lamb into 2cm cubes. Add then to the marinade and stir the bowl with a plastic foodwrap. Put in a fridge or one our.

next: Cut up the vegetables 

later: push the pieces of vegetables and lamb into sticks.

later: brush the vegetables with the marinade.

then: put the kebabs on a grill and cook them for 10 minutes.

finally: turn the kebabs over, spoon the rest of the marinade and cook them for another 5-10 minutes.
