PANCAKES by Adur

INGREDIENTS:

serves 4
                                                                     
100 gr plain flower
salt
300ml milk sunflower
oil for wiping
lemon
golden syrup


PROCESS

First, put the flour and a pinch of salt into a sieve and sift them into a large bowl. Then  break the egg into a cup.

Then, pour the egg into a hollow,start to mix it with a whisk.  Later, put  more milk and the flour.This until all the ingredients are mixed together.

After, pour a little of the oil into a cup.Heat the pan a 20-23cm non stick frying pan over a medium heat four about a minute.

Later, dip a paper towel into the oil and carefully wipe the inside of the pan with it. Be very careful that your fingers  don¨t ,touch the hot pan.

After that, pour about half a ladleful of butter into the pan, then take the pan straigh off the heat.Carefully swirl the heat. Spread it out into a circle.

Next put the pan back on the heat and cook the pancake for about a minute, until the top looks dry lossen edges with a spatula and check that it is golden brown.

After that slide the spatula under the pancake, them lift pancake and turn it over. Cook it for 30 seconds, then slide it out of the pan into a plate.

Finally, cover the pancake with a clean tea towel to keep it warm.  Then heat the pan and wipe on more oil. Make more pancakes, until all the latter is finished.
