INGREDIENTS:
250g pastry
125ml milk
150 ml cream
120g brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
500g pumpkin.
First cut with a knife the inside of the pumpkin in small cubes.
Then put the pumpkin cubes and some water in a saucepan cook and wait four the liquid to evaporate turn off and leave it for 15 minutes.
Next mix the heated eggs, pumpkin cubes, brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, and cream.
Finally put the mix in a pie dish, and cooks the pumpkin mix for 40 minutes at 200 degrees
