280 g butter
150 g sugar
250 g flour
160 g ground almonds
125 g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 raspberry jam.
METHOD:
First, beat the butter , sugar, flour,
ground nuts and cinnamon
Next, roll thedough into a ball.
Cover with cellophane.Put in the fridge for one hour.
Later, roll out dough into tree shapes.
With a straw make 5 holes in the biscuitsAfter that ,put on baking tray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
