Ingredients:
250g strawberries.
1 plain yoghurt.
Juice of half a lemon.
100g raspberries (fresh or frozen).
4 tablespoons cream.
2 tablespoons sugar.
1 packet vanilla sugar.
First puree the fruit in the big bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the lemon juice, mix well.
Next whip well the cream.
Later add the yogurt and the whipped cream with the fruit, mix well. Pour in the individual bowls.
Finally freeze the ice cream for 2 hours stir with a fork. Freeze then for another hour.

You can serve the ice cream with the strawberries or raspberries. On top you can also decorate the ice cream with chocolate cream,...
