PINK ICE CREAM
Ingredients
250 g strawberry
1 plain yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
METHOD:
1 First purée the fruit into a big bowl.Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon.
2 Then whip the cream.
3 After add the yoghurt and the whipped cream to the fruit. Mix well. Pour into individual bowls.
4 Next freeze the ice cream for 2 hours. Stir with a fork.
5 Finally freeze them for another hour.
