CHRISTMAS BICUITS by Uxue

                                                         CHRISTMAS BISCUITS

Ingredients:
-280g butter.
-150g sugar.
-250g flour.
-160g grounds almonds.
-125g ground hazelnuts.
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
-2/3 raspberry jam.

Steps:

First, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and cinnamon.
Second, roll the dough into a ball. Cover with cellophane. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then, roll out dough. Cut into tree shapes. With a straw, make 5 holes in the biscuits.
Next, put on a baking tray. Bake at 350º for10 minutes.
Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuit.
