CHRISTMAS BISCUITS BY EIDER


Ingredients:

280g butter
150g flour
160g ground almonds
125g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
2/3raspberry jam.


METHOD

First, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and cinnamon.

Next, roll the dough into a ball. Cover with cellophane. Put in the fridge for one hour.

Later, roll out dugh. Cut into tree shapes. with a straw, make 5 holes in the biscuits.

After that,  put on baking tray. Bake at 350· for 10 mminutes.


Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
