ROCK CAKES by Ainara

ROCK CAKES

INGREDIENTS:
240 grammes of  flour.
2 teaspoons of  baking  powder.
1 teaspoon of  mixed spice.
120 grammes  of  butter.
120  grammes  of sugar.
180  grammes of  raisins and candied peel.
4-5 tablespoons of  orange juice.

METHOD
First, grease a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 210 ºC.
Next, mix the flour the baking  powder and  the mixed  spice rub in the butter.
Later, add the sugar the raisins the candied peel and the orange juice.
After that, shape the mixture into small  heaps.  Put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar.
Finally, bake for 12 minutes  serve after 30 minutes.
