
4 tablespoon clear honey
1 egg
55g soft brown sugar
225g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon ground ginger
30g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon mixed spice
85g sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
oven temperature 200º C / 400º
Steps
1 Grease a baking sheet with butter.
Separate the egg. Put the yolk into a bowl.
2 Turn on the oven. Put the honey, butter
and the sugar.
3 Sift the flour , baking powder , cocoa powder and ginger.
4 Mix the melted butter , honey and sugar into the flour.
5 Sprinkle some flour onto a clean worktop and onto a rolling pin.
6 Cut out different shapes.
7 Lift the biscuits onto the baking sheet.
8 Bake the biscuits for seven to eight minutes.
9 Sift the icing sugar into a bowl.
10 Spoon some of the icing into a smaller bowl .
11 Spoon the icing into a icing bag.
